Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience on most serviceable locations across India.

1. COD Confirmation Advance
   To confirm a COD order, a ₹200 advance payment is required for courier booking.

2. Adjustment in Order Total
   The ₹200 advance will be adjusted in the total order value, and the remaining amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Advance
   The ₹200 advance is non-refundable, as it is used to secure courier booking and shipment processing.

4. Order Processing
   COD orders will be processed only after the ₹200 advance is received. You will receive a confirmation from us once your order is confirmed and being processed.

5. Refusal of Delivery
   If a customer refuses to accept the COD parcel at delivery, the advance amount will remain non-refundable and COD service may be restricted for future orders.

6. Service Availability
   COD is available only for locations where courier partners support COD service.
