Exchange Policy (No Returns)

The Modest Kart does not offer returns. Exchange is permitted only under specific conditions.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

An exchange request will be accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

2. Exchange Request Time Limit

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for exchange: - The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. - Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact. - Customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

4. Mandatory Proof Requirement (Unboxing Evidence)

To process any exchange request, customers must provide an unboxing video or clear images taken at the time of opening the package, showing: - The shipping label - The product condition - The specific damage, defect, or incorrect item

Requests without valid proof may be rejected at our discretion.

5. Exchange Process

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and proof of issue.

2. Our team will review the request.

3. If approved, we will initiate the exchange process and provide further instructions.

4. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the same product is unavailable, an alternative or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

6. Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange

Exchange will not be accepted for: - Change of mind - Size or fit concerns - Color or design preferences Damage caused by customer handling - Requests raised after the 3-day window - Claims without valid unboxing proof
